Our Cayuga Heights house is very large and family-friendly. Do you have a big family? Travel with an au pair? Need two offices? Plan to bring grandma with you? Or just want space to spread out? Then our house is the place for you. On the first floor we have a large living room with fireplace and a wall of bookcases, large dining room, large family room and an eat in kitchen – plus a bedroom, a small full bath, and an office with a separate entrance. Upstairs is a master bedroom with adjoining office or dressing room and bathroom, three more good size bedrooms, plus a small bedroom or office, and another full bath. Our house is fully furnished but if you want us to removed some or all of the furniture, we can do that. Everything is comfortable and relaxed, but not cluttered. Hardwood floors and tile throughout. The yard is terrific – fenced in the back, almost an acre, with a small stream. The location is so easy. We live walking distance (a level 20 minute walk) to Cornell, and two blocks from Cayuga Heights Elementary School. We are only five minutes from the mall, the grocery store, or the pediatricians. We have a two car garage, but the bus to campus or downtown stops one house down from ours if you prefer to take it. We are open to a well-behaved dog. The house is available August 1, 2022 . We want a ten or twelve month lease.
