In Detail: The generously planned architect's apartment, on the 3rd floor of a historic building from 1910, offers on 67m2 (720feet), plus a charming courtyard balcony, 2 separate walk-in rooms: (o) spacious bedroom / master bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a sleep-sofa bed (120x200), a working corner with small desk and a reading corner with Vienna literature (German & English) as well as a large cupboard as storage space. (o) living room with a pullout corner sofa (140x200), a dining for up to 6 people and a music / multimedia corner. An electric piano is also available upon request. From the fully equipped kitchen, including extras such as a dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, you also do have access to the small courtyard terrace (4.8m2), to enjoy e.g. a fine breakfast alfresco at your own pace or an evening drink. Separate toilet, thanks to a clever architect's solution, the bathroom with small enamel bath tub is accessible from both sides, as well as the washing machine (see floor map for details). In spring 2022 the entire boutique apartment was refurbished and re-designed, including having been freshly painted. The Augarten, Prater and Danube Canal are not only favorite recreation areas, thanks to excellent connections to the Wiener Linien (public transport U4 & U6 nearby, tram lines 31, 33, 5, bus lines 5A, 5B on the doorstep) the Boutique Apartment at Augarten is also an ideal base for excursions and explorations in and around Vienna.
