Family home with views, gardens, trails, workspaces, casita in Santa Fe, NM

My husband and I rented from Deborah and from beginning to end, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had renting. We stayed for 2 months and had just the *right* amount of contact with Deborah and the property manager. The house is stunning, a newer pueblo home with a grand view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains and adjacent to a trail system that runs along the pipeline road and then branches off in many different places along washes. Mountain biking, hiking and trail running are literally out the back door. The hot tub and casita are major pluses, located in the courtyard area. All in all, absolutely wonderful hosts in the most gorgeous place. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough positive things about Deborah and her lovely, gracious, beautifully situated home in Santa Fe. My family and I rented her home for five weeks in January and February 2021 and it offered us a welcome escape from the Chicago winter and COVID quarantine. In the winter the large south-facing windows throughout the house offer warm sunlight and stunning views of the undeveloped high desert from morning through late afternoon, and the La Tierra trail system directly outside the house allows miles of hiking and running opportunities from which to take in fresh air and sweeping vistas. And the house is close to Santa Fe's plaza and many other scenic destinations like Chimayo and Bandelier. As for the house itself, it was wonderful, with tons of space for all four of us to spread out and work from various spots in the house via internet during quarantine. We made use of both living rooms, the fireplace in the family room, and the piano keyboard, as well as the large, well-supplied kitchen. And we loved the hot tub on cold winter nights. Deborah was very prompt, helpful, and patient in answering questions and providing instructions. It was all an ideal experience for us and we'd very much love to return here again sometime...sooner rather than later!

Immaculate home with privacy, beautiful views, amenities and close access to Santa Fe and surrounding areas. Homeowner was a pleasure to deal with and provided terrific advanced information on both the home and things to do in the area. All in all an excellent rental experience. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!
