The sunlight in the apartment is the best in the entire house and makes for lovely mornings in the living room and kitchen. Neighborhood The apartment is in the heart of Ridgewood, Queens and a couple blocks from the Bushwick, Brooklyn border (near Greene Avenue & Fairview Avenue). It's a quiet spot with easy access to Manhattan, Williamsburg and Bushwick. It’s also within walking distance of bars and restaurants on Wyckoff Ave as well as all the spots popping up along the Ridgewood/Bushwick border. Transportation The location is about a 15-min walk from L train Dekalb stop and 8-min walk from M train Forest Av stop along with easy access to the B38 and B13 bus routes. I'm a bike enthusiast and lots of bike lanes lead to major hubs like Williamsburg, downtown Brooklyn and anywhere in northern Brooklyn. A Citibike doc (NYC's shared bike system) is a half block away. Utilities/Pets The price includes utilities (gas, electric water and internet). There are no dogs allowed in the building. Cats may be allowed with an additional security deposit and cleaning fee.
