small riverside house close to Oxford

I live in a small 3 bedroom terraced house overlooking the river Ock. It’s 10 minutes walk to town with buses every 15 mins to Central Oxford (approx 25 mins). Abingdon is a pretty market town with a historic centre, museum, library and riverside walks. There are pleasant walks in wooded areas within the town and the frequent bus service to Oxford makes travelling further afield easy. Abingdon is not a great shopping centre but you can find your necessities here. I can leave you maps and information. Didcot and Oxford are bigger shopping centres, each a short bus journey away and each with train links to London, Reading, Bath, Bristol, Birmingham and just about anywhere. Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse have many local attractions. London's main airport, Heathrow, is just an hour's drive away. The house is fully furnished and comfortable; simple not luxurious. The bathroom and kitchen have not been modernised recently but are adequate. Although the house is not spacious, all the bedrooms have storage space. I am happy to send more pictures or videos if you are interested. In Winter 2023 the house is unexpectedly available from early December until mid February. Current occupants have found a permanent home sooner than expected. There is a double bedroom and two singles with low rise beds with storage underneath. In one of the single rooms there is also a fold up bed. The house will suit a couple or family with children but is not ideal for toddlers because of the open staircase.
