One bedroom apartment for rent in Chapel Hill NC. 0.7 miles from campus. Located in the NC botanical gardens. It has a completely separate entrance and is separated from the main house. My wife (a dentist) and two children (aged 10 years and 5 years) and our boxer dog. are all low stress and very laid back. We are usually out of the house 7 15 AM and back home by 5 45 PM. We are in bed by 8 : 30 PM. Our dog does not enter the apartment. He stays with us or are outside within an electronic fence. Our past tenants graduated from law school and medical school and now are established professionals. Happy to provide their reference if requested. We are looking for a person who will treat the space as their own and not mind being greeted by our friendly pups when they come home! The apartment rent includes water, gas, washer dryer, cable and internet. We want to host someone we can help so are not asking for much! We have not required any lease in the past but would be nice to have someone willing to commit for a year or so. The rent will be $1300 (again all amenities included). The apartment is not furnished (pictures are from recent tenant who vacated). It has been cleaned and is ready to move it.
