Studio accommodation in Neutral Bay, Sydney, Australia

I so enjoyed my two months at the beautiful Garden Cottage. On arrival the owners were kind and helpful, they made me feel very much at home. The apartment has a good comfortable bed and kitchen facilities all adequate for my needs. I just loved the garden area and felt happy and safe there. It was on street parking but that was fine and I could usually find a nearby spot for my car. Very convenient to public transport and local shops. Would highly recommend this Garden Cottage- thank you Kimberley.

The studio is very well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Kimberley and Roy are fantastic, friendly and generous hosts and added greatly to my enjoyment of the studio. The location is incredibly convenient. Neutral Bary wharf is a short walk from the studio, and the journey by ferry to Circular Quay is a romantic and delightful way to commute to town. Also, two local restaurants are 5 minutes walk, and the supermarkets and other shopping centres on Military road or North Sydney are about a 15 mins walk, or a short bus journey - the bus stop is at the front door. I couldn’t have hoped for a nicer place to stay or nicer hosts, and I can unreservedly recommend the studio to anyone looking for accommodation in Sydney.

This studio is an absolutely lovely place to live. It has everything you need, is light and feels very spacious due to the fold-up bed. Situated in beautiful Neutral Bay with really good ferry connection to the city nearby, train station at 20 minutes walk and if you're bike rider (like me): it is a comfortable 20 minute ride across the Harbour Bridge into the city. Kimberley and Roy are very welcoming, generous and helpful hosts. If I ever need a place in Sydney again, I will definitely come back.

A very comfortable, quiet and cosy studio less than five minutes walk from Neutral Bay ferry wharf. The ferry takes less than fifteen minutes to reach Circular Quay. It's only a fifteen minute walk up to Neutral Bay shops and if you are a walker there are many beautiful harbour-side walks in the area.The owners are very caring and gracious hosts who made us us feel very welcome.
