The apartment features high ceilings, good light, big windows, wood floors, built in's, charm galore, decorative mantels, stained glass, pocket doors, ceiling fans, very spacious, fresh kitchen, private back porch and lovely front porch and lots of interesting art! Owner lives upstairs, no other tenants present in building. Dates could also start in July, 2024. This apt. is available short or long term, negotiable on length of time. Eight to twelve months or longer - is ideal. Lease will be customized to you. WIFI, high speed FIOS internet, cable, all utilities included. Kitchen is fully stocked with great dishes, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. Furniture features some antiques, nice rugs, two desks. The apt is very roomy, cozy and eclectic. I prefer to rent to professors/scholars while visiting PGH. Single or couple preferred. There are two couches for your occasional visitor. No pets unless we discuss details. Weekly laundry use in basement is available, if you stay longer than a month. Laundromats also near by. Street parking, you'll get a parking permit from city for $21, registered as my guest. The apartment is very secure and spacious. Private front hall entrance to your own apt door.
