Third floor of my home (ie, this is NOT a house-share). Fully furnished, cleaned upon departure of each tenant. Wifi and utilities included in reasonable rent., Own bathrm/shower, mini-fridge, electric tea kettle, microwave, AC, independent heat. General cooking and laundry TBA in my kitchen/laundry room. Quiet neighborhood. Large (relative) back yard with furniture (currently in basement) available at all times. Plenty of street parking. 8 minute walk to Haverford College & Blue Bus; ~3 miles walk to Bryn Mawr; 1 mile to Ardmore pubs, restaurants; 2 close trains to Phila (Penn, Drexel, seminaries) & west. Free college (Blue) bus @ Haverford to Bryn Mawr College. Haverford's Nature Trail available to Bryn Mawr and Haverford faculty, students, local neighbors. MY CATS CANNOT GET INTO RENTAL SUITE (unless you let them) but they are in the house
