Charming apartment entirely refurbished in 2019. It consists of a spacious bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a toilet, and a balcony. It is situated on the 5th floor (no lift) of an historical building. It’s very bright and offers a beautiful view over the roof of Paris. It’s 100 meters from Belleville metro station (lines 2 and 11), which is very well connected to most universities and libraries in Paris (Sorbonne, ENSAPB, Sciences Po, American University, EHESS, IHEAL, etc.). It is also well connected all tourist attractions (Louvre, Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower). Montmartre and the Pompidou Centre are only 10 minutes away by metro. The neighbourhood is very nice, with many restaurants, bars, shops, the St Martin canal (where you can have dinner or a drink by the water) and the Buttes Chaumont park, located on a hill from which you can see the whole city. The flat comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a Wi-Fi connection, a printer, a scanner, a washing machine and iron board, towels and bed sheets. Availability from 28 September 2023. It is possible to visit the flat from 1 to 21 September. I am looking for someone to stay 1 or 2 years (but no longer). I ask for one month's rent as a deposit.
