N. Pacific Beach House: 3 bed, 1.5 bath, large yard, quiet neighborhood

This is a good house for an academic couple or family visiting UCSD, Scripps, USD, SDSU, or similar institutions. Available August 15, 2026 to Summer 2027 (rent for semester or academic year). • Please contact me with questions and for additional information/photos. • Please include your employment/academic affiliation, number of prospective tenants, dates you are interested in, what brings you to San Diego, etc. • I am a UCSD alum and my husband is an engineering professor. • $4200 per month (plus utilities) for minimum 4 month rental. Higher monthly rent if under 4 months. I try to rent by semester or academic year. House information: 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in north Pacific Beach, near Kate Sessions Park. The house is in a quiet, single family home neighborhood, with homes occupied by families and retired people. • House is fully furnished, including dishes, kitchenware, bedding, towels, etc. • Hardwood floors in living room, dining room, and all three bedrooms. • Deck on the ocean side of house. Patio in the back of house. • Large yard, taken care of by gardener (paid for by owner). • Driveway parking. • Washer and dryer in garage. Clothesline in back yard. • Tenant pays electric, gas, and water. Owner pays trash and internet. • Parent bedroom has half bath only (no shower or bathtub). • Forced air (gas) heat. • No air conditioning. Fans are available. • Long time cleaner who is familiar with house is available if wanted (tenant pays). • There is a separate granny flat (with totally separate entrance, separate yard etc.) and storage area that is not part of the rental, and may be occupied by owner's family members/family friends (for visits, or full time). • There are two driveways. We leave car(s) in one driveway and/or garage. Second driveway and/or garage is reserved for tenant car(s). • House was built in 1954. Please no pets, no smoking. 20 minute drive to UCSD, Scripps, or USD. Walk to Kate Sessions Park. Schools: Kate Sessions Elementary, Pacific Beach Middle School, Mission Bay High School.
