The 4 bdrm house sits on 5 acres on the Haydenville/West Whately border. Lovely gardens, fruit trees, a screened in porch, Open kitchen/living room, and a tennis court. It’s an 8min drive from Florence and a 13 min drive to Smith College in Northampton. It’s a 10 min drive to The Co-op and a 20 min drive to Umass. Downstairs you will walk in to an open concept kitchen living/dining room with a wood stove. It's the best room in the house and is very conducive to cooking and hanging with friends and family at the same time. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs OR as we have used it (a play room and a TV/den room). Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and an open walk-through office and lofted sitting or yoga space. There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer, and an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub. Utilities are not included. You pay for utilities.
