Hello, we have a beautiful craftsman home in an amazing Berkeley neighborhood for rent, short term, ideally 4-8 months but open to flexibility on timing. It is lovingly furnished, with a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom and a gorgeous back yard. The house is nestled in beautiful Berkeley on a tree-lined bike corridor, and a short walking distance to downtown Berkeley, the University of California, the BART, and multiple organic grocery stores. There is also easy access to all the joys of San Francisco. You'll be in a prime position to take advantage of the wonderful, earthy and relaxed Bay Area lifestyle. The spacious sunny master bedroom is quiet, with a private office attached, and we have a second room set up with a full bed and a dedicated work from home or writing office. There is a stunning light-filled living room and dining area, a glorious kitchen, new bathroom with full soaking tub, and a great back yard. You will have the whole house. There is off street parking. Enjoy the wonderful Berkeley life of beauty, nature, and urban culture all at once. The location would make it perfect for a visiting professor or fellowship at UC Berkeley. We look forward to meeting you!

Comments: We live very close to UC Berkeley and have a work engagement overseas this year. Would love to open our home to visiting professors for one or two semesters.
