Offstreet parking in rear, though not really needed. 3 blocks from Central Park. 15 minute walk to Speed Museum / UofL campus. Electric bus to downtown two blocks. Freeway entrance also one block away. 24 hour dinner 2.5 blocks. Would be great for visiting scholars, professional couple, perhaps family in town to welcome a newborn or settle and estate... Please be a grown-up. Will ask for references. Conversant in Spanish and French.
