Our home is located on a quiet residential street in the west side neighbourhood of Kerrisdale. UBC, Kits Beach & Granville Island are all a 5- to 10-minute drive from the house, as are all major hospitals. School catchment: Kerrisdale Elementary, Point Grey Secondary. Our home’s main floor consists of a living/dining room with wood-burning fireplace at the front, leading to an office, half bath, kitchen & family room at the back. The family room’s French doors open to a southern-exposed back deck with seating area and fire table which overlooks the fully-fenced back yard. The kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a 6-burner 2-oven Woolf range, KitchenAid, Vitamix, and is open to an eating area and family room with 55-inch Smart TV and gas fireplace. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. One of the children’s rooms has a single bed, and the other a queen (photos show two singles, but blue room now has a queen bed). There is a second full bathroom for the children's rooms to share. There is a stackable front-loading washer/dryer located on this floor. All three bedrooms have portable air-conditioner units for the warmer months if needed. We have an unoccupied self-contained basement suite that is not included in the rental. We leave it vacant for our family's use should the need arise. **Please note: Our home is not suitable for student housing.**
