It's a quiet, new, calm building of mostly working professionals. Beautiful rooftop and large, well-appointed 2nd floor common areas, latter with full kitchen and outdoor seating areas with BBQs. All costs included. Excellent heat/cooling system. Street parking to rent a spot in the building for 100 CAD/month; I find I walk everywhere. Borrow my bike? Cable TV no.
