We are renting out two large rooms with high ceilings and parquet flooring in our beautiful 140sqm-apartment in a renovated 1905 building. A dear family friend lives in one of the other rooms and would be your only flatmate. The neighbourhood is calm, central, well connected to public transport with cafes, restaurants, shops, parks and a public swimming pool all in walking distance. The (shared) kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (induction stove, oven, dishwasher) and opens up to a big balcony facing the trees of the calm courtyard. One room has a queen size bed and a wooden desk, the other features a grand piano, glass desk, and a queen size convertible sofa. They are connected through a sliding mirrored door. There is a climbing wall in the corridor (use at your own risk), the (shared) bathroom has a bathtub. The layout is ideal for couples with children or friends (maximum four people) or academics/professionals that need a separate working area. Alternatively one room could serve as a bedroom (+office, and the other as a living room (+office).
