Located on the top two floors of a mid-century building, this flat is a peaceful, inspiring haven for research, writing, and relaxation; since it is located on the canal, there are no through streets nearby and extremely little street noise, and the solid concrete construction means there is no noise from neighboring flats. * Living and Dining: Features floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows, a double-door Juliet balcony, and expansive views of trees, sky, and the Canary Wharf skyline. Unwind on the leather sofa with chaise, or entertain at the mid-century teak dining table (with fold-out leaf, seating up to 8). * Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The smaller, yet spacious, bedroom is furnished with a comfortable US Queen/UK King-sized bed. The primary bedroom is currently optimized as a spacious, two-person home office with a daybed, but can easily be rearranged into a second bedroom. * Kitchen and Bath: A sizable eat-in kitchen includes an island with bar stool seating and comes fully equipped with an excellent collection of cookware. The bathroom includes a tub and shower, complemented by a separate WC with its own sink.
