The living area leads onto a sunny deck that overlooks a large, green leafy back yard. The second floor includes two large bedrooms (15'x15', 5'x13'), bathroom with clawfoot tub, and a laundry room with new full-sized washer and dryer. The third floor has an open floor plan, with a master suite with large sunny bedroom (15'x15'), master bath 15'x10') and home office (15'x13'). The south facing back yard is lush and leafy, and features a 10ft dining table with seating for 8, and grill. Please note that the unit cannot be offered unfurnished, and is set up with 3 bedrooms.
