One of the best location in Paris! At the intersection of the 5th arrondissement (the living Quartier Latin) and the luxurious 6th arrondissement, it is a convenient base to go everywhere, both on the Left and Right banks. You are only a few steps from the Sorbonne and the Jardin du Luxembourg, where you can jog, or read comfortably seated in an armchair. Everything you wish is within easy reach. The apartment itself is a quiet place. It is a 2 rooms duplex, like a little house, in a securated courtyard, very safe (my daughters lived there when they were students ; they have finished now, so the apartment is available again). The living room (and kitchen corner) is on ground floor, the bedroom (and bathroom) upstairs (so the home is not suitable for young kids). The apartpment may receive 5 persons for short term rentals (1 double bed + 1 extra mattress in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room). Direct links to airports and main train stations with the line RER B (Luxembourg stop).
