A Fall semester lease is available at this time. $900 per month. Available at this time in June of 2026. Carport wide enough for two vehicles, many bikes, and any tools you wish. No pets. No smoking inside or out. References and background check required. No smoking, no vaping, and no animals are allowed.

Comments: The 1600 sq. ft. two-story home offers housemates flexibility for private office and relaxation spaces. The two share a bathroom. One housemate is a lovely woman and Graduate student in a rigorous and accelerated program at Duke's School of Nursing.
