Penthouse apartment in family friendly. trendy Clapham

Charlotte was a lovely, amenable host! We loved the neighborhood, was an easy train into London central and plenty of amenities nearby.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Charlotte's gracious apartment. The flat is perched above a leafy canope looking out on Clapham Common. Tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, we found everything we needed in the flat. Grocery stores and the tube stop were an easy walk away--one block. The ride to town was about 20-25minutes. Charlotte communicates promptly and directly. Her recommendations for restauants were spot on! We greatly enjoyed our stay in this lively corner of the city we did not previously know and now think of as home. We will surely stay here again.

We loved staying in Charlotte's flat right next Clapham Common. The flat is very spacious with many windows making the flat bright and cheerful. The living/dining room is especially striking as it has many windows overlooking Clapham Common and its beautiful trees. The furniture is very, very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed, making the flat feel like a home and not a like a vacation rental. The location is perfect, right on the Common for morning walks and two minutes from the Tube station and grocery stores. Charlotte is a considerate host who was helpful when we needed her but also non-intrusive so we felt at home. We highly recommend Charlotte and her flat.
