Description
This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, flat is my pride and joy. The location couldn't be better: sunny and leafy neighbourhood with wonderful neighbours and a real communicty feel. The flat has its own private, south-facing garden, plus Paddington Recreation Ground (with cricket pitch, children's playgrounds, gardens, gym, running track, tennis courts, cafe, etc, etc.) is immediately across the road. This makes the whole street quiet, private and safe. Maida Vale tube station is just three minutes walk away. I would welcome an individual, couple or young family to rent the property. I hope you would treat it this newly-modernised flat as your home: with care and respect, of course, but also enjoy it and its garden. You would be most welcome to play children's toys (swing set, slide, for example) in the garden if you wish. One well-behaved pet would be welcome, subject to a damage waiver. My preference would be for a long term let, but I will also be happy to consider shorter lets. I will ask you to provide a reference from your employer before letting to you.

Comments: Utilities are £45 a week (charged at cost to me). Cleaning is mandatory and is charged at £40 per week, plus £100 for a final clean (again charged at cost to me). The cleaner comes on a Friday afternoon.

Comments: The apartment is double-glazed throughout. Some of the artworks shown in the photographs have been removed during redecoration of the apartment. Additionally, the living room now boasts patio doors onto the private rear garden.

Comments: Sunny, modernized 3 bed flat. Couldn't be leafier: directly opposite Paddington Recreation Ground & with own PRIVATE garden of over 900 sq.ft. 3 mins walk to Maida Vale tube on the Bakerloo Line & with lots of lovely local shops/restaurants.
