I'm a filmmaker working on my PhD. I have a lovely furnished home and am looking for the ideal tenant to sublet. The landlady lives upstairs and is a wonderful, welcoming woman who will be available if any needs arise. This is an elevated main floor home (windows are 7' above ground and is secure and private, nestled in greenery. Huge picture windows allow for lots of light and happy plants. Books, records and comfortable work spaces give the home a cozy and calm feeling for writing and other creative endeavours. A big soaker tub and rainwater shower head help with easier mornings and top-end kitchen appliances make cooking a pleasure. I have created this home lovingly over the years and am looking for a tenant who appreciates a comfortable, serene environment. Wifi, printer/scanner/copier, gas stove, dishwasher, queen bed, in-suite laundry, pull-out single guest bed in office/studio, electric piano, sit/stand desk, I can leave the external monitor if needed, Cleaning service can be arranged for additional fee.
