Enjoy the evening glow on Telegraph Hill looking over at Berkeley across the bay while you sip your wine. The condo is in a 2 unit building and stays bright and light all day long due to multiple well positioned windows. Small garden with bistro table and chairs. Large laundry room with a full size washer/dryer and separate seating/studying area. Fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso and pods, SodaStream, microwave, toaster. Electric car charger in the attached garage space (garages are coveted in the city). Quiet section of the city where you can watch the boats float by, hear the birds sing, and sometimes even hear the sea lions at Pier 39. The only dilemma: the condo is so nice and the view of the wharf, the water, Coit Tower and the Bay Bridge from the sunny balcony is so spectacular that it is actually hard to leave for sightseeing. When you are in the condo it is obvious how much love and thought the owner invested in the place. It is cozy, stylish, everything is state of the art – it is simply beautiful. It even includes a garage, a huge bonus in this area. We feel immensely lucky that we could spend five days there beginning of April 2021, the “Nest” was a real highlight of our first West Coast trip.
