Hosts: We are both retired physicians and have been together for 29 years. We both enjoy classical music, opera, visiting museums and European travel. All of these reflect our aesthetics in our home decor and art preferences. We also share a love for nature and gardening. These also proves how we maintain our garden and our surrounding trees and planter gardens. We have a koi pond with a small falls and a feeding stream that is surrounded by bog plants, wild grasses and Japanese irises. A gazebo is set next to the pond where you can enjoy reading a book, maybe work or listen to music. A rose garden is what you can view from the east-facing windows of the Coachouse. Coach house: It is a separate building above a three-car garage and is at the very end of a long driveway at the very back of the property. It is away from the main street and faces the rose garden, a back patio and is very quiet from any noise. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath apartment and is fully furnished. The living and the dining areas share an open lay-out, separate from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, matching bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers. An adjoining walk-in closet is spacious. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with abundant storage available. The guest bedroom has a queen-size pull-out bed with lots of closet space. This room can also be used as an office. The kitchen has a four burner gas stove and a full oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer and a washer and drier in an adjacent room to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, slow-cooker, plates and serving bowls and trays, drinking glasses, wine glasses and a set of flatware. The whole Coach house has centralized air conditioning and heating and also equipped with a security alarm. A designated parking space is also awailable in our three car heated garage. All rooms throughout are tastefully decorated with art from family and personal collections. Guest/s: We expexct our guest/s to be mature, professional, respectful with and to our property, neighbors and to our surroundings. No smoking and no pets allowed in the property. Guests of guests are welcome with advance notice. Ample street parking is also available.
