We are a family of 5 with 3 now teenagers, and this is our home for the past 13 years. We have moved and are looking for a friendly, responsible young family to take care of this house while staying in Vancouver. No pets, none smoking (of any kind). This is a very friendly neighbourhood where you will bump into and get to know all the neighbours very quickly! The house is located in the heart of West Kitsilano also known as the Greek town. This is the most walkable, bike-able neighbourhood in the entire city and it’s walking distance to the beach, park, community centre, pubs and all the boutique shops and cafes. You are also only minutes away from UBC, VGH and the Downtown core for work. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms in the main house, and a tucked away studio/office space at the back. If you are working from home, you will definitely enjoy the little separation.
