Exclusive triplex house 400m from Eiffel Tower, alive and safe district

I have now a 2 years experience with Sabbatical and I enjoy very much hosting the members of this community .I live in Paris since I am 25, I studied at Ecole du Louvre, archaeology and art, then I became manager of a cultural travel agency. I practice drawing, sculpture, portraying .I love nature, arts, music, cooking, discovering people, travels, I went several times to USA and love it in all it's differences. My home is quite special and original, with it's 3 levels, a triplex, it is comfortable, colourful, cheerful, with works of art and paintings, decorated in a very French way, with family furniture of the 18th century and oriental carpets.... but, don't worry... very easy to live in! I decided to let my Parisian home during a few months a year, hoping to find persons who will enjoy Paris and all it's treasures. The place is very well situated, 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, 10' to the Museum of Modern Art, 10' to magnificent Alexander the 3rd bridge and Champs Elysées, 10' to Musée Rodin, and Napoleon's tomb, 10' to American church and American University, 7' to the train leading to Versailles Palace, 20' walk to Orsay Museum, 25' walk to Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, Pantheon, Sorbonne university and all the famous schools and places. Or between 5' and 15' by bus or metro to all these places....Also, Theatre des Champs Elysées is at 10' walk, Montparnasse with the famous brasseries are 10' bus or 30' walk So many things at reach, I cannot quote all of them.....The 7th district is one of the most exclusive one in Paris, the ministries and embassies are there, so, it is safe and well kept, though extremely alive with a lot of shops, restaurants of all sorts, bars, terraces, Doctors and chemists are also around the corner. 100 m from home is the Champs de Mars, a park leading to the Eiffel Tower where many people go running or walking towards the River Seine and the peaceful riverbanks.I would like to get to now as much as possible the tenders who will come to my place to be able to help them feeling at home. I will be thrilled to explain them Paris, to help them to chose what to do and where to go according to their own testes and expectations. Here is a detailed description of my place: :It is a house of 3 floors ( triplex) located on the back of a small building. because of this situation, my place is very quiet, no noise from the street. The door entrance of the flat is on the first floor of this building. Entrance with a sofa, book shelves, one staircase leading to the ground floor, and another one to the attic with one bed room, a very sunny room ( 2 windows) with double bed (140X200cm), cupboards, a desk, book shelves and an air conditioner in case of heath. The entrance opens on a second bed room clear ( 2 windows) cupboards, book shelves, double bed ( 160X200cm) small desk, TV set a private shower room, washbasin,toilet a large window. Going down the second staircase you will find a large space, part drawing room and part dining room, with a huge part of the ceiling in glass spreading the light. The kitchen on the right, all equipped, fridge deep freeze, cooking place, oven, micro wave, dish washer, washing machine and all the utilities etc. Then, the second shower room, washbasin, toilet.
