Description
I am a sociology professor and researcher and I travel a lot for my fieldwork. So I rent this house from time to time to colleagues who come for sabbatical stays. American colleagues like it very much. The house is really nice and warm. I love it ! If you like books, plants and music, you will find your "bonheur". And it is ideal to work and write : it is so quiet !

Comments: This atypical house like nowhere else is a true gem! Two-bedroom, tiny but spacious thanks to its two terraces, one on each side: perfect for a breakfast in the sun, or a lunch in the shade, up to your taste! The house is part of a hidden village perched above the roofs. Enjoy the crazy rhythm of the city and come back to the quietness and peace of our little island. Caution: the house is built on a roof and is reachable through a high flight of step. Stairs in the house as well. Suitable for good knees only :)

Comments: In the heart of the historical neighborhood La Butte aux Cailles, 10 min of Sorbonne and BNF, good restaurants in the area, a wonderfull swiming pool, parks. supermakets, organic food. A must : wander around our big and famous farmer's market.
