Our charming home is on the ground floor of an Altbau (older style building). It's huge and has 3 or 4 bedrooms (depending on your needs), a large eat-in kitchen, a huge combined dining and living room, a garden, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate guest toilet. The kitchen has all the utilities you need for cooking. The private garden is shared with only 1 lovely family & has an outdoor dining area and barbeque space. The area is near Olivaer Platz in Charlottenburg/Wilmersdorf. It is close to the grand shopping street Kurfürstendamm and the scenic Grünewald forest. Our home is serviced by both S & U Bahn stations and many buses. It's easy to get around the city, and there are many restaurants, galleries, bars, cinemas and shops. It is a beautiful area to take walks and enjoy a drink. It will take 10 mins to ride to the Technische University or the Kunst Uni, 10 minutes by train to the Freie Universität & the S Bahn Savigny Platz (which is a 10 min walk from our home) will take you directly to the Humbolt University or Alexander Platz in the East, in 12 mins. Please note that our asking price is non-negotiable because it covers rental, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning, furniture, and all appliances. Baby or toddler furniture is also available if required. Bikes and/or a car are negotiable additions to the rental for an extra fee. You will have everything you could possibly need for your stay.
