We are an academic (MIT) family looking for a family or couple ready to rent and care for our beautiful, newly renovated home in Falmouth, near both ocean/hiking areas and natural reserves, as well as near a thriving downtown with cafes, restaurants, bookstores, bakeries, etc. The house is conveniently located about 50 minutes from metro Boston. There is a train that goes between, as well as buses, but most people drive and commute from Falmouth toward Boston or Cambridge daily. It's less than 20 mins from Woods Hole if you are a marine biologist looking near there. The house was renovated extensively, kitchen modernized, lots of space in the renovated basement with office as well as three large bedrooms (each with a/c, desk, etc) and 3 bathrooms (2 with full bath and shower). Huge backyard w/ friendly neighbors. And a pool! able to be used all the way into November since has option of being heated. Also a firepit in the backyard for night time s'mores.
