Description
Classic Craftsman house in lovely Seattle neighborhood close to parks, lake, universities and downtown. Easy commuting via bus, light rail, bicycle and car. Share warm, funky house with journalist and theatre director/teaching artist. Lots of room here to be private when you need to be and to share meals when you're feeling sociable. House is old (for Seattle) and has plenty of character. There are no pets here at present but that may change soon. You would have full use of the common areas including the dining room (which has a piano), living room and backyard. If you like to walk, run and/or bicycle this is a great spot for you.
