Description
I am looking for a couple or young family who will enjoy (and take care of ) my home while I am in the country. I have had many couples and families for over 15 years. Children particularly enjoy the nearby park. All enjoy the proximity to public transit for exploring the city. Buses or subways are just a 7 minute walk. There is even a movie theatre one block away! The location of this house can't be beat with stores, banks, restaurants, cafes etc., all within walking distance so a car is not needed. For weekend get aways there is a car rental facility nearby.

Comments: A deposit of $850 is needed to secure the house. A damage deposit of $500 is required and will be returned if the house is left in good order. There can be a cleaning lady once a month. She charges $100 for 2 hours.

Comments: There is an outdoor eating table and chairs as well as garden chairs and a BBQ. The garden is enclosed so safe for children. You need to get a permit to park on the street as there is no driveway or garage.
