The house is walking distance to 5 grocery stores, midtown, parks, and beaches. It is located on the eastern side of town near the Arana Gulch and Twin Lakes beach, 3.5 miles to UCSC campus along bike lanes. I commute to campus by (electric) bike and it takes me around 15 minutes (to the base of campus). It is one block from Santa Cruz Metro lines 66, 69A, 69W, and 71. The house is fully-furnished. The kids' bedroom has 3 twin-size beds- bunk bed with trundle, and a crib/toddler bed can be provided as needed. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The third bedroom has a king size bed. We also have a pull-out love seat (single bed) and a Queen-size air mattress. The kitchen includes a large variety of tools and appliances (we love cooking). The backyard is full of plants and flowers. Rent includes all utilities: water (up to $200/month, $50/week), gas/electric (up to $250/month, $60/week), and high speed internet/Wi-Fi. It also includes access to washer and dryer. Feel free to park in out driveway.
