Beautiful, private Westmoreland Apt. in vibrant, walkable neighborhood

Pat is a wonderful landlord. She is a very kind and discreet person, who made me feel welcome and always fully respected my privacy. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, very well kept, and the glass windows facing the trees outside make it an extremely pleasant place to be. Everything worked perfectly, and if there was ever any minor issue in the apartment Pat would promptly work to solve it. I had a great time staying there, and the place felt like a true home for me during the 10 months I lived in Portland. I would certainly have stayed longer if I were to keep living in the city.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience renting this apartment! Pat was absolutely the best landlord you could ask for: friendly, caring, open-minded, a good communicator, and whenever the need arose, also an expert fix-it woman and problem solver. The space is beautiful and in a very convenient location in Sellwood. We walked everywhere: groceries, movie theater, restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, etc. (Bus stops the MAX were also nearby.) I particularly loved all the natural light inside the apartment - my plants thrived as never before! And the elegant furniture and lovely fixtures -- like the tiles in the bathroom and the granite kitchen countertops-- show real care and attention down to the smallest detail. Thanks so much, Pat!
