This is a beautiful, well designed , furnished, 800 sq ft apartment built 5 years ago. It has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling, and large windows looking into the trees as if in a forest. It is secluded and yet close to everything in Westmoreland/Sellwood. It contains hardwood floors, a zero barrier shower with safety bars, personal shower, heated bathroom floor, and a complete kitchen with stove, convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal . The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and silverware. There is a full size washer and dryer behind louvred doors. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and 12 foot long closets. Linens, towels and blankets are provided. Wi-Fi with an internet hot-spot is provided, and streaming is available on the smart TV. There is a deck and a ramp down to the side yard, making it easy to access. Parking is always available in front of the house, and on the street.

Comments: These are ideal dates for me, 3 months at a time, but I am flexible. I have rented for as long as 11 months, and as short as 3 months, depending on the tenant's need.
