This home is found in a quiet, leafy, friendly and family orientated street in a suburb called Brighton East, one of the more popular and safer suburbs of Melbourne. A small shopping strip with a pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, as well as a tram that takes you directly to Melbourne University, can be found within a 2 minute walk. The beach, as well as other popular destinations, such at St Kilda and Luna Park are only a 10 minute drive away. For young families, there are numerous crèches and a Montessori school within walking distance, as well as Hurlingham Park which has play equipment, 2 large ovals, a tennis wall and cricket pitches.
