3rd floor bedroom with private bath single person only

Description

I am offering a fully furnished bedroom(full size bed) with a private bathroom.. On the 3rd floor of my home This is a space for a single person only.. Non smoker only There is a cat who has access to the entire house, However, I keep him out of the bedroom. If you have allergies to cats this might not work for you. I have a full kitchen on the first floor. I do not provide breakfast. You have access to it from 7-10 am to make yourself a light breakfast .. A cup of coffee or tea is always available and you can keep Something simple in the refrigerator... To make toast or perhaps some fruit in the morning but there is no use of the kitchen for cooking a breakfast... And there is no availability for the kitchen after 10 AM or in the evening...
