Description
I am a researcher/artist/educator and owner of the building. I live in the house and will be sharing the space with the renters. I will be around part or all of the summer, and will be away occasionally for trips outside of the city. I am looking for quiet and clean people to rent two rooms in a renovated Clinton Hill 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex apartment. Each room is lightly furnished with a bed and dresser and desk. Kitchen/LR/dining area are shared. Rent includes heat, gas, WiFi, washer/dryer, air conditioning, kitchen, and monthly cleaning service. Electric bill is shared and split with me and room renters. The rooms have large closets, windows and 10 foot high ceilings. This is a unique situation in a very nice house and prime neighborhood. This is a great place for a residency and a wonderfully free and easy atmosphere for everyone.
