Kingston Country Home in the Heart of the City

We are a small family. I am a retired elementary school teacher, my son is 15 years old, and our miniature Australian Sheppard pup. Our home is large and spacious. There are four bedrooms. There is a rec room in the basement with small kitchenette, and an art table. The bedrooms are large enough for queen size beds. The kitchen is extremely large and suitable for large dinner parties. The living room is bright and comfortable. There are two fireplaces, one upstairs and one downstairs in the recreation room. In winter the gas fire places keep the whole house warm, and there are electric baseboard heaters in all the bedrooms. In summer there are ceiling fans in every room, the rec room is very cool and there are AC units in the bedrooms. The house is generally cool in summer as it is surrounded by shade from the huge trees over the home, and there is always a breeze from the park. The outside of the house is green and quiet, there is a large deck off the kitchen. The home is centrally located to all amenities in Kingston. It close to Queens, St Lawrence College and Kingston Hospital.
