Description
My flat is beautiful and cozy. It is in a beautiful neighbourhood, in the less touristic part of trastevere, next to the Tiber, (which is a very nice place to jog in the morning), just across from the isola tiberina and the ghetto. It is practical: it has a nice fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful wooden table of the 1800, a nice dining room, a cozy living room, 2 bathrooms ( one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) a double-bed room with a small studio attached. It also has a terrace, from which you can admire the roofs of Rome and a beautiful 14th century church. It is very central, walking distance from most of the central amenities of the city. It is also next to a big boulevard where many buses pass. It is in a very typical aerea, full of restaurants, yet it is mostly calm and quiet. It is simply yet beautifully furnished. It has beams on the ceiling and ancient "cotto" on the floor. A professional cleaner comes twice a week. It's on the 2nd and last floor, no elevator. There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans.

Comments: The flat is on the 2nd and last floor, no elevator, the terrace is beautiful but one flight up from the flat, the entrance is private and internal.

Comments: During some months, I am able to rent a private room with private bathroom and small studio, with use of the terrace and limited use of the kitchen. Please contact me if interested.
