Artsy flair yet family friendly flat on tree lined street in central Berlin

Our flat is located on a tree lined street with cafes and restaurants as well as an organic food store and flower shop. The flat has wooden floors, high ceilings and large windows. We also have two balconies that can be enjoyed through the summer months. Our place is perfect for a family with school age children with a hanging swing and plenty of books to check out in the children's room. The master bedroom sits on the opposite side of the flat, separated by two corridors which give it privacy and with its antique writing desk, a great place for some reflection or inspiration. The dining room is separated by some old doors and on the other side facing the windows one can find an office area as well as a corner for arts/crafts and sewing. Our living room has a great sitting area as well as a cozy nook for writing/reading/playing games. The kitchen has all the amenities needed for cooking and baking. The large bathroom has both a shower and separate bathtub. The small wc is conveniently located directly beside the children's room. Our space is well lived in so please do not expect it to be freshly painted or immaculate. We live here with our four children so our flat also reflects the wear and tear that is part of living. We do think that our apartment is full of character and will provide a memorable place to experience the very unique city of Berlin. Our apartment is centrally located with easy access to many of the historic and cultural landmarks of Berlin, like the Victory Tower, Brandenburger Gate, the wall museum, Jewish museum as well as many of the main universities. Also within walking distance is the Spree (canal that winds through Berlin) which if followed leads to the beautiful Rehberge park as well as the popular Ploetzensee Lake.
