Description
I am a Professor at the University of Pittsburgh and will be traveling internationally for research from June to August. I am looking for clean, reliable tenants for my house in the vibrant and diverse Northside of Pittsburgh. The house is 8 minutes walk (or less) from Commonplace coffee in the historic district of the Mexican War Streets. 10 minutes walk to the dog-friendly Allegheny Commons Park that has a lake and kids playgrounds. House is fully furnished and utilities included in monthly rent. Weekly cleaning is also included in the monthly rental. This place would be perfect for a young family transitioning to Pittsburgh. I am only interested in serious inquiries and in persons who will keep my place respectfully. I can send more pictures and would like to meet the persons I am renting to before I agree to the lease.
