Our condo is high above Sausalito with gorgeous views through the trees to the San Francisco Bay. The hikers' paradise of Golden Gate National Recreation Area is just behind us and you can access a trail from our street, or drive a few minutes to a vast network of Marin trails. Best of all we are only 12 minutes to SF by car, and about 30 minutes by ferry. We have maximized our 1,000-sqft (93m) two-level space for style and comfort for 2 adults who work at home. Amenities include: * one queen bedroom with premium linens * one full bath * fully equipped dedicated office with high speed wifi (1000mpbs) * single daybed in the office for occasional guests * second desk/workspace in the living room * dining table with seating for up to 8 * fully equipped kitchen * balcony with table and chairs * washer/dryer * dishwasher * EV car charger * dedicated parking for 2 cars (a rarity in the Sausalito hills), and room to squeeze in 1-2 more

Comments: Our condo is located high on a hill in Sausalito with spectacular views of the Bay. We are near miles of hiking trails but are so close to the Golden Gate Bridge that you can be in San Francisco in about 10 minutes.
