There is no garage or driveway at the home and street parking is limited due to proximity to the UC Berkeley campus. Only Berkeley residents are provided with street parking passes. Non-resident street parking is only good for 2 hours on weekdays and on Saturday during the hours 8am - 7pm. These time restrictions are generally not an issue for commuters, but the off-premises garage may be more convenient for those who will be traveling by car.
