Looking for a professional individual (preference a female) between the ages of 40 to 65 that would enjoy a serene beautiful home in one of the most desirable areas in Los Angeles. An international guest would be ideal. Or a couple coming to Los Angeles for research purposes etc. to UCLA. There are two other suites with adjoining bath suitable for a couple or children as well . I am a professional lady that has traveled extensively and enjoys cultural diversity. Individuals seeking accommodations for a Sabbatical would be ideal for this rental arrangement.

Comments: Would like to have someone stay in the home a minimum of three months. Six months would also be ok. Since we have two particular rental arrangements. The separate suite with private bath rents for $2500. Suite with 2 bd and bath rents for $3100.

Comments: Lovely property located in a beautiful and safe area with good restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theatre, banks, markets , pharmacies, etc. Temperature is mild during summer as the ocean breezes and proximity to the ocean are directly involved.
