It is a short walk to the Toronto City (Island) Airport. The condo is in a great building with 24/7 concierges. There are hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, tasteful decorations, two balconies, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. It has its own laundry, a cloak room, a walk-in-closet and other large closets. The dining room table can extend to comfortably seat 10.and also serves as a large work desk. There is a large-screen TV, cable, a good high-fi system that can handle all formats, and good wi-fi. The building has a small gym, a small but swimmable pool, a rooftop dining area with 2 large grills, and a meeting room.
