Condo in downtown Santa Barbara

Hello there, I am a professor of French literature at UC Santa Barbara and am renting my condo for the summer (until the end of September). The dates are negotiable. My condo has 1 large bedroom, 1 bedroom/office with a comfortable sofa-bed, 1 large living room, 1 bathroom + 2 big patios (210sf each). The location is ideal as it is close to East beach (12 min walking), the Farmers’ market (5 min), State Street (7 min), the Funk zone (15 min) and grocery stores (Chapala Market at 3 min and Trader Joe’s at less than 10 min). From the front patio (and the master bedroom), you can see the mountains. It is gorgeous during the day – but also at night, with all those enlightened houses on the hillside. The condo is located across Ortega Park. It is extremely quiet and my neighbors, Sarah and Matt, are the sweetest. You can park your car in front of the apartment in my dedicated parking spot. Westmont College and SB City College are very close (respectively 2 and 3 miles); UCSB is a bit further (10 miles, 12-15 minutes driving), but you can commute with your bike–that’s what I do–and take a shower on campus. What else? The utilities includes a dishwasher, a washing-machine and a dryer. I have a scanner and a printer in the office/bedroom. I pay for water, gas, electricity and wifi.
