Light-Filled Apartment in the Heart of Fairmount – Available Sept to June

I'm a Visiting Assistant Professor at Haverford looking for a considerate tenant to rent my one-bedroom apartment for the fall and spring semesters (September through the end of June). This apartment has been my favorite home in Philadelphia, and I've lived here for the past three years. It has high ceilings, lots of large windows, gorgeous hardwood floors, a practical kitchen, and a generous living space. It's located in a quiet row home that stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The apartment is blocks away from the Philadelphia Museum of Art as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants, and it is easily accessible via public transit. The apartment could be lightly furnished (with a double bed, a desk, a dining table and chairs, and a bookshelf) or unfurnished, depending on what you'd prefer.
