Bright and spacious 1 bedroom furnished basement apartment at Yonge/StClair

I had a wonderful stay at Louise's place. The unit is new, very comfortable, bright, and offers great privacy. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained space. The location is also very convenient, situated in a good neighbourhood and close to public transportation.

I highly recommend Louise's superb basement apartment. It is fully furnished and has everything you could need. The apartment is spacious, and the newly renovated bathroom is just great. It is perfect for one person or a couple. It is well located in a peaceful neighborhood and is close to St Clair station for public transport and close to many stores as well.

Louise is a great host. She is flexible and very responsive. She kindly helped several times when I needed some stuff for the apartment.

I therefore recommend this apartment for a short-term rental in Toronto, and I would go back there whenever I come back to Toronto!
