We're a family offering a quiet detached backyard cottage in Central Berkeley to visitors. Situated on the back lot on a great block near UC campus, Trader Joe's and BART our stand alone cottage is a charming little oasis very conveniently located near the amenities of downtown and UC. It has the following features: No shared walls! 1 or 2 Bedroom: Furnished with a comfortable queen bed, desk, and office chair. Living too: currently furnished with a couch table and TV this room could we’ve as a second bedroom if desired. 1 Bathroom: Equipped with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen: Includes 4 burner stove, fridge, microwave, cookware, utensils, cups, plates, and bowls for cooking. Dining Space: Features a couch living room, tv, and a separate dining area with a table and chairs. Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, heat, high-speed WiFi. Hardwood floors, a private deck, and BONUS use of a shared washer and dryer make this super cozy and convenient. Super large private deck. Washer dryer downstairs.
